Behavior based safety (BBS) programs are being implemented by more and more organizations. The practice focuses on what people do, analyzes why they do it, and then applies a research-supported intervention strategy to improve what people do. To be successful, a BBS program must include all employees, which means providing them with the basic understanding of critical behaviors and the policies and procedures for performing observations.

Almost. You must sign up with a valid business name and address so that your tickets meet minimum legislation requirements. Workplace training is the responsibility of the employer, so any training you take while unemployed is likely not to be of any benefit. If you’re unemployed, but plan on working for a specific company in the near future, you could ask them about signing up under their company.
